Clear River was formed in October of 2005,
and perform traditional bluegrass and gospel
bluegrass in an energetic style.
Pat Davis was born in Val Peraso, Florida and
moved to Texas at the age of 7 months. Pat
sings lead and harmony vocals and provides
Clear River's solid foundation on bass, Prior
to founding Clear River, he played with Trial
Run. Pat and Shelly Davis live in Aledo, Texas.
Brian Wright from Ponder, Texas, is the
newest member of the band. Brian is an
electrical engineering student at the University
of Texas. He has been playing guitar for the
last 5 years. Brian also sings lead.
Danny Gabbert was born in Fort Worth, Texas.
He started out on guitar, and later switched to
banjo. Prior to joining Clear River, Danny
played with Sandy Creek and Overdrive.
Danny, Andra, Kyle, and Kayleigh Jo Gabbert
live in Aledo, Texas.
Sherry George was born in Weatherford,
Texas and is a music veteran of 27 years.
Sherry sings lead and harmony vocals, write
songs, and plays mandolin. Prior to joining
Clear River, she played with Moonlighters,
Double Mountain Boys, Copper Canyon, and
Sedona. Chandler and Sherry George live in
Coppell, Texas.
