Our bluegrass band is here to serve all
of your entertainment needs. We want
to take our guests away from the stress
of everyday life and create a relaxing
and enjoyable experience for you. We
do a variety of songs from hard-driving
bluegrass to a cappella gospel, and we
take requests for the songs that you
like.
Our band was founded in early 2004
when we played on stage at Pearl,
Texas. The people there gave us such
a warm welcome that we just had to
keep it up.
Since then we have been working hard
to improve our music, and we have
played musical shows at Venus, Glen
Rose, and others.
We are all a family -- Leon Joplin (the
"old man") and his son, Clint, and three
daughters, Peggy Hice, Patty White,
and Kimmie Kipp. Kimmie's husband,
Donny Kipp, and their daughter, Julie
Kipp complete the Honey Creek
Highway bluegrass band.
