First, we open the carburetor/oil reservoir first.
Secondly, you will see a plate that serves as a stopper for the needle where the gasoline comes out to the carburetor bowl.
The third set/bend slightly down, why? This is the bending of the plate which is used to hold the float and buoy will float when the carburetor bowl is filled, and the oil hole will be covered by a needle pressed by the plate.
The four reinstall the bowl.
